   Why can't I sign in with my username and password I was given? It keeps saying my membership is locked.

   It's very possible you are signing in with the wrong username/password. There are two areas for VAinsider Club members to access as follows:

   1. This is the main VAinsider Club member area (where you are now) where the bulk of your resources will be at:

   • Login Area: http://VAinsiders.com/login
   • Username: (your email)
   • Password: (this was provided to you via email)

   2. There is also the VAinsider Club social networking forum area which has a different username and password than above where you can interact with other members at our social network and enjoy our job board posts. The job board is only available however to Get Client and Supercharge levels.

   • Login Area: http://VAnetworking.com
   • Username: (whatever you signed up with)
   • Password: (whatever you choose upon signup)

   We highly recommend changing your #2 VAnetworking social networking forum username/password to the same as your #1 VAinsider Club membership for consistency. You can do that at the forum under "My Controls". Just click on "Change Display Name" (make it the same as your Username in #1) and "Change Password" (make it the same as your password in #1).

   How may I change the credit card on file for monthly membership charge?

   There are two ways to change your credit card information:

   1. On your previous billing email, there is a link to change your user information. You can click on that and do it that way.

   2. Email us and send us your new credit card information or call us.

   I signed up yesterday and paid the $37.00. I sent the invoice number and all the other required info sent in my email. It is almost 24 hours later and I do not have my link emailed to me yet so I may access the "insiders club" Could you please send me the email link so I may sign in to the "members area"?

   All our new members must be approved and updated manually which can take 24-36 hours depending on what time you ordered. We add new members every morning from Monday to Friday. So if you ordered on a Friday night, you may have to wait until Monday morning to get your login information from us. Thanks for your patience.

   How do I unsubscribe from emails your club sends out?

   First, we must ask, why would you want to unsubscribe from email announcements you receive from a paid membership club you belong to? We do not recommend unsubscribing as you will not be notified of any upcoming events, changes to your membership or new resources added to your paid membership.

   If you still insist, you can unsubscribe to administration emails by logging into your "Member Lobby" and at the bottom of your User Profile you will see a checkmark box to uncheck to stop receiving emails.

   I am interested in signing up but would like to try the service first. Can I join under the $37/month program and try it... then SWITCH to the Year payment after a month or two? Would there be any penalty? Many thanks, Jen

   Definitely! Give us a whirl and if you liked to upgrade to a different package, just notify us by email and we'll set you up right away.
